April 7, 2008: Tofu in lemongrass broth

I’ve a passion for Cooking and keep looking for good articles. Today, I checked if I could find more info by entering ‘thai curry’ in Google and found this:

I realised the other day that it had been a long time since Cindy and I had made a Thai curry at home. We’ve ventured out for (unblogged) takeaway a few times, but it’s been nothing but Pad Thai coming out of our kitchen. Luckily, as soon as I mentioned this to Cindy, she pointed me in the direction this recipe from Lucy at Nourish Me. We’re entirely on Lucy’s side when it comes to coriander - both of us are huge fans of its sharp flavours. As an added bonus, we don’t have any problem with tofu

Tom and Jerry's Steak and Fish Grille: comfortable fine dining.

People are always asking me to blog more often, well here i go, I searched for some information on ’steak green peppercorn sauce’.

… a fish dish or two, duck breast, and a couple comfort-food-type choices like a fried chicken with truffle sauce, or a gourmet meatloaf. … On my most recent visit, I chose the green peppercorn New York Strip with a cognac glaze, and my wife had the seared Ahi Tuna. Both were fantastic….They are very aromatic and they have a completely different, and brighter, flavor than their fermented brothers, black peppercorns. … The cognac sauce was sweet and flavorful….

Indian Lentil Soup

I love Indian flavours and lentils so I was excited to find this soup! It’s really tasty! This is a fairy quick meal so it’s good for a weeknight dinner when paired with a salad or some brown rice. Makes 2 servings (excuse the weird amounts - I divided a recipe by 3!) Ingredients: 1/3-2/3 cup green lentils 1/3 onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/12 tsp. turmeric 1/6 tsp. coriander 1/6 tsp. curry powder 1 small clove of garlic, minced 1/8 cup carrot, diced 1/12 cup oatmeal 1/3 tsp. tomato pa

Jump to the full entry & travel map Rotterdam, Netherlands So, where to begin… at the moment im sitting in Allon’s house in the suburbs of Rotterdam.  How I came to be here is quite a long story of events.
