The dreadful night.

After I had cleaned my flat and restored my iPod Touch for the last time in a great while I enjoyed a bowl of Indian chickpea curry and the film Saw IV. Later on I just aimlessly surfed the net. So I thought I maybe should tend to my dreads as they actually have finally started to cooperate with me, I hope. And as you see in the picture, thats how they kind of look like now. Yay! Listening to Ghosts I - IV now and I will soon enjoy some tea and biscuits.

What’s for dinner? 5/15/08

Tonight we had a little Mexican fiesta at our house and everything was so good I had to share the recipes with you. We had Chicken Enchiladas and Corn and Spinach Salad. The enchiladas were so easy and really good; and while they won’t take my number one enchilada spot, for a quick weeknight meal, these can’t be beat. The Corn and Spinach Salad might sound strange, but it was a perfect accompaniment to the heat of the enchiladas. Cale was a skeptic about the salad, but after one bite he changed

All the Rage #2: All the Truthiness that’s Fitna to Vandalize

I’ve a passion for Cooking and keep looking for more info. Today, I checked if I could find more info by entering ‘chinese curry’ in Google and found this:

Stephen Colbert once said of Wikipedia, any site thats got a longer entry on truthiness than on Lutherans has its priorities straight. I remember checking on this at the time, and he was correct about the length of the respective articles. And I tend to share his actual point, that people are too interested in entertainment such as Colbert himself. But that isnt the end of the story: the spotlight Colbert shone on Wikipedia surely led to the current status quo: the articles for Truthine

Person versus Bugs

Today I was digging for some info on ‘chicken curry’ and came across the following section:

Hi, Rhys on Wednesday. It must be grouchy writer week, because I too am in full grouch today. I am fighting off a horrible cold, flu, respiratory infection. I can’t tell you which yet because I haven’t let it come out but it is lurking, with headache, chills and sweats and leaving me feeling totally wiped out. Maybe I caught Jane’s through the ether, but I rather think it was a lot of little kids at a St Paddy’s party last Saturday. Anyway, it could not have come at a worse time. For those of

Thursday Night, Post-Work…

People are always asking me to blog more often, well here i go, I searched for some info on ‘thai green curry sauce’.

Green Curry: Fish Paste & Thai Eggplant …Don came by and we drove to Queens for a late dinner at Sripraphai, a Thai restaurant I’ve been long dying to visit. The occasion was especially exciting because it was the first time I’ve sat in a car that was NOT a taxi since I’ve moved to this city. I’ve always been an advocate of public transportation (or maybe it’s cause I’m a terrible driver)…but I must say, it was pretty nice to be able to go to Queens without getting on the creeky 7 train!
