People are always asking me to write more often, well here you go, I looked up some info on ‘green tabasco sauce’.

Tip from Patty: For the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce: I usually just buy a small can, chop it all up and freeze it in one tbs blobs. It’s good in all kinds of chilis. … I’ve used a little Tabasco and some bottled adobo barbecue sauce and it turned out fine….

Wok di tacchino… per il capodanno cinese

This a dish I made up with few leftovers… things I had in my fridge. It is Asian style even if I do not thing Chinese people usually eat turkey. Anyway, it was quite good and I am proposing it here. First of all… HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008! This is the year of the RAT… The celebrations for the Chinese New Year usually go on for 1 week (until next Wednesday). Yesterday even here in Stockholm there were fireworks for the Chinese New Year… very beautiful and big… I could see them from my win
