I’ve a passion for Cooking and keep looking for good articles. Today, I checked if I could find more info by entering ‘green chile cream sauce’ in Google and found this:

Since I do not eat meat and had notified them ahead of time, I was prepared a lovely fish with crab and spinach stuffing and white wine sauce, along with the green b eans and polenta. AMAZING! … The crisp and flaky pastry was layered with rich pastry cream and topped with a fanned strawberry….
