Red Kidney Bean Recipes March 6th, 2008 *Ds Vegan Curry Chilli* Ingredients 1 can red kidney beans 1 can black beans 1 lrg white onion 1/2C minced garlic 1C raw cashews 2C frozen green peas 2tbsp tumeric 2tbsp curry powder 2tbsp lemon juice 1tbsp EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) Directions Spray the pot with EVOO, add the onion, and saute for 2 mins then add the garlic and spices with lemon juice. Stir, then add teh beans, cashews and peas. Stir. Then simmer it for 30 mins, checking it only
