I’ve a passion for Cooking and keep looking for good articles. Today, I checked if I could find more info by entering ‘green chile cream sauce’ in Google and found this:

As for food, our friends came over and managed to whip up some yum-o vegetable curry with mash type of dish, and butter chicken with taziki (sp?) sauce. … And, by Australian, it means the menu will usually include the following: a risotto dish, a pumpkin salad, a prawn dish, an Asian beef salad, and steak….
Frankly, not what I was looking for, but you might find it an interesting read.
